Online Order

The following must be observed when ordering in our online shop:

 

  1. Shopping cart:
    Please note that the shopping cart is not saved! If you want to "park" your order, you can bookmark the selected items. From there you can transfer them later to an order.
    This is only possible if you have logged in with a user account and are logged in.
  2. Confirmation:
    Immediately after completing the order, we will send a confirmation email with all relevant information to the address provided during the ordering process. We recommend that you keep this message until the order has been completed and processed correctly. Please always check the spam folder!
  3. Your order will be checked for plausibility (quantities, years of construction, technical connections), If we have any questions about this, we try to call, if we don`t reach you, we will send you an email - please read this carefully.
  4. If there are no ambiguities or if they have been clarified, we check that all ordered parts are in stock, after which they are carefully packed and prepared for shipping.
  5. If you have agreed to a partial delivery, stocked parts are prepared for shipping – then go to point 7. The unavailable parts will be left behind and shipped as soon as they are available without your reorder.
  6. If you have not agreed to the partial delivery, the shipment will be waitlisted until all ordered parts are available.
  7. Depending on the payment method, it continues as follows:
     

 

Direct debit and credit card
  The invoice amount will be collected from us and the order will be shipped immediately.
   
Advance payment:
  You will receive an email with an attached PDF file, which will include the total amount that has to be paid and our bank details. Please do not make any payments before receiving this confirmation! As soon as the payment has been received by us, the order will be shipped immediately.
   
After delivery, we will send a shipping confirmation by email with the delivery number (tracking number) for parcel tracking.

All points apply except for the first one, by the way, if an order is accepted by fax, letter, email or telephone.

Depending on the order situation and the chosen payment method, one to two working days may also be used for the complete processing of an order for in-stock parts. For more information, see delivery time.
