If you order parts in the online shop whose delivery time is yellow or red, you will be asked whether you agree to a partial delivery. If you agree to the partial delivery, the parts in stock will be made ready for shipping and, depending on the method of payment, sent immediately or after receipt of payment.
If an item was marked as immediately available when you placed your order, but is no longer in stock when your order is being processed, you will be informed by phone or email that your order cannot be fully processed as expected.
Please note that we have to charge you for all partial deliveries. If other providers offer subsequent deliveries at no extra cost, this only means that these costs have already been included in the overall calculation of article and shipping prices - no one sends packages "for free"! We calculate our shipping costs as tightly as possible and each customer really only has to bear the costs that arise from their own order.
