Payment Options

The most important thing first: Even if you already have our bank details, please do not make any payments before we ask you to do so with a confirmation of your order or an invoice. The delivery is therefore not faster and in some cases even slower.

For all payment methods, we will send you an email with the invoice and the parcel tracking number, with which you can check the delivery status on the transporters website.

For technical reasons and because of the additional disproportionately high costs, we do not offer cash on delivery and PayPal.
We recommend for customers with a German bank account to pay by direct debit.

Direct Debit

(immediate shipping possible)

Fast payment way. Only possible with a German current account.
If all parts are in stock, they will be packed immediately and, depending on the time of the order, dispatched on the same or otherwise on the next working day.
If you have chosen partial delivery, parts that are not in stock will be delivered later, with additional shipping costs.
You have no further steps to take.
The invoice amount will only be debited from your checking account 10 days after it has been sent.

Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard)

Fast payment method.
If all parts are in stock, they will be packed and, depending on the time of the order, shipped on the same or otherwise on the next working day.
If you have chosen partial delivery, parts that are not in stock will be delivered later, with additional shipping costs.
For security reasons, your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL process.
You have no further steps to take.
We accept MasterCard and Visa.
The invoice amount will only be debited from your credit card account on the day of dispatch.

Payment in Advance

(Shipping only possible after receipt of payment)

Slowest payment method.
Your order will be made ready for shipping, after which we will send you an order confirmation with all order details, our bank details and the total amount to be paid.
The shipping usually takes place on the day of receipt of payment, at the latest the next working day.
It can take up to 3 working days from your transfer to the receipt of payment on our account! This is not due to us, but to the banks involved.
Please do not make any payments before we ask you to do so with an order confirmation or an invoice!
