There are some carparts that are too large for normal shipping in a parcel: windscreen, bonnet, gearbox, engine, axles ...

Front windows in particular can only be delivered by a forwarder. But we also have to deliver some other particularly large or heavy parts by forwarding agency.
Before shipping and payment, you will receive an offer from us in which the special shipping costs are pointed out. The shipping costs are daily prices, which means that we cannot guarantee shipping costs from such an offer for more than a few working days.

Important note for receiving deliveries from a forwarding company:

Please check the condition of the delivered parts in the presence of the shipping staff and before signing the confirmation of receipt.

Your order will be handed over to the shipping company in perfect condition and securely packaged. Since the shipping company does not recognize subsequent complaints by the recipient, it is obliged to allow you to check the delivery in detail BEFORE the confirmation of receipt.

If the delivery arrives damaged, please refuse and let us know.
