Delivery Time

Please arrange workshop or other appointments, which depend on the presence of ordered spare parts, only when the required parts have actually and completely arrived as ordered.

And please note:
Even then, it can happen that delivered parts do not fit, keyword original condition. For cars that have 30 or 40 years (or more) on their hump, a spare part delivery "just-in-time" is not reliably possible. You always have to reckon with the fact that a repair has to be interrupted surprisingly, and your workshop should also be prepared for it. We handle incorrect deliveries as culpablely as possible, but we do not cover any follow-up costs (workshop, event, hotel) if a repair cannot be completed as planned due to inappropriate parts.

On the subject of "delivery time" we ask you to observe the following:

  • Most of our customers drive their treasures at weekends and find that more or less urgent parts are needed. As a result, the order volume at the beginning of the week is significantly higher than in the second half of the week – with the result that it can take longer from Monday to Wednesday until you receive your order or shipping confirmation.
  • After days of celebrations, long weekends and in summer and during school holidays, when we cannot work with full staff through holidays, it must always be expected that the processing of an order can take 3 or 4 working days. We process all orders as fast as we can, but we also have a life besides work.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, the rest depends on how you want to pay. With a fast payment method (direct debit and credit card) the shipping takes place in most cases on the same or the following working day, with prepayment with bank transfer, some working days can pass.
  • The shipping of standard packages within Germany usually takes 1-2 working days, but no guarantee can be given for this. For parcels to other European countries, 4-5 working days are not uncommon, bulky goods or even forwarding shipments are often on the road - even within Germany - often up to a week.
