Remove chrome strips

Hello, how do I remove the chrome strips between the doors and the window of the front doors of my p5 hardtop. Need to replace the rubber seal between door and windows and do not want to damage the chrome strips. There is also a chrome strip at the side window. Would like to replace the rubber seal also.
